Satyavardhan Rao Nittu, a PharmD graduate from India and an international graduate student at the University of Florida, has been recognized with a Certificate of Outstanding Merit by the UF International Center as part of the university’s 2026 International Student Achievement Awards.
Nittu is affiliated with the Department of Pharmacotherapy and Translational Research at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. He was selected for the honor in recognition of his academic achievements, contributions to the university community and commitment to advancing the institution’s mission of teaching, research and service.
The award places Nittu among a distinguished group of international students whose accomplishments reflect the global strength and diversity of the University of Florida. His recognition is also a proud moment for India, as he continues to represent the country through his academic and research journey in the United States.
The Outstanding Merit Certificate was presented during the 32nd Annual International Student Achievement Awards Ceremony, held on March 24, 2026, at the J. Wayne Reitz Union Grand Ballroom in Gainesville.
This achievement reflects Nittu’s dedication, perseverance and growing contribution to pharmaceutical research.
